At Timbermasters, our success lies in the strength and organization of our specialized crews. Every crew is coordinated in the field by an experienced team leader, while project managers oversee operations in real-time, ensuring seamless communication and precision at every stage.  Leading our organization are Adrian, our director with over 25 years of construction experience; Madina, our financial strategist who keeps every project on track; Raluca, who ensures smooth daily operations and client communication; and Robert, who oversees operations and development with unmatched attention to detail.

ADRIAN

Founder & Director, Timbermasters

With over 25 years of experience in construction across Romania, Germany, Austria, Italy, and Ireland, Adrian brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. A carpenter by trade and deeply passionate about woodwork, he founded the company in 2019 to reflect his values of precision, quality, and innovation in construction.

Adrian thrives on tackling complex challenges, finding ingenious solutions, and delivering results that embody the “German-quality” standard he upholds. His ability to connect with clients and truly understand their needs ensures that every project is tailored to their vision. He leads with a focus on clear communication and practical solutions, always striving to exceed expectations.  

Under Adrian’s guidance, the company seamlessly blends traditional craftsmanship with modern innovation, creating spaces that inspire, endure, and reflect the unique needs of each client.

MADINA

BA, MBA, Financial Director, Timbermasters

With over 20 years of experience in finance and business management, including an MBA in Finance, Madina brings a comprehensive understanding of strategy and organization to the company. Having worked across various industries such as oil & gas, hospitality, consulting, production, and construction, her diverse background allows her to anticipate and address client needs with precision.

Her passion for creativity and efficiency drives her to craft effective strategies and streamlined processes that enhance project execution. Known for her positive attitude and problem-solving mindset, Madina approaches every challenge with enthusiasm and a focus on achieving the best outcomes. Her ability to blend analytical expertise with a keen understanding of client priorities ensures every project runs smoothly and effectively.

ROBERT

Located at Ballyfree East, Glenealy, Co. Wicklow, A67 YN27, our expansive workshop spans hundreds of square meters, offering ample space and resources to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Equipped with cutting-edge technology and tools, our facility is designed to bring precision, efficiency, and creativity to every task.
